Is My Payment Eligible for a Refund?

According to our license agreement all purchases are final and there are no cancellation. Although some games/services allow refunds. You may submit a refund request to Xsolla and we will check the refund eligibility.

Please note that the refunds for the following cases are not eligible:

  • game items were fully redeemed
  • the account is banned due to rules violation
  • the purchase was made more than 180 days ago

In order to submit a refund request please reach us at help.xsolla.com and provide your payment id, contact email and reason for a refund. After your request is submitted, a refund manager will reach you within 2 business days.

Please note that some payment options do not support reversals and such refunds can not be performed.
