My Card Was Compromised and Used in Your Store

Xsolla is a video games industry company, providing game developers and publishers with payment, billing, distribution, and marketing tools.

If neither you, not your family members make any games-related transactions your payment account could be compromised and a third party made purchases via our store.

Please reach help.xsolla.com to report fraud on your account, receive information on the charges and ensure a refund.

In meantime we strongly advise you to:

  • cancel your card
  • change passwords to your payment accounts (PayPal, Amazon)
  • enable 2 step authentication on your payment accounts (where possible)

You can also reach your bank/authorities for fraud investigation or identity theft. Per the official request Xsolla will provide all information on the charges to help the investigation.
