• Your payment is most likely pending if you have confirmed the payment with a code or SMS text. It will take between several to 24 hours to process mobile payments. The fund from your mobile payment is delivered to your gaming account once it’s processed. 

    What to do?
    If the mobile payment doesn’t process, please contact us so that we may reach out to the SMS provider for additional clarification regarding this issue.

  • When you input your phone number in our system it checks if your mobile carrier provides an option to pay for the product that you have chosen (from you phone balance). When you receive an error message stating you cannot make this payment from this phone number it unfortunately means that it’s not possible to make a payment for your selected amount using this phone number.

  • What to do?
    We recommend using an alternative payment option or selecting a smaller purchase.
